You can use the pictures provided are not using "independent" too. In other words, if a portion of an article, etc. is correct. If it's just as images are used for sale and not OK.
If may be used for advertising as an image, you must obtain a statement of style, but for ordinary use, should a do not.
Problem with pictures of people in particular is that you are a signed statement by the person concerned need to make use of the image.
