Best Vegetarian Recipes Can You Please, Show Me Some Of The Best Vegetarian Recipes?

Can you please, show me some of the best vegetarian recipes? - best vegetarian recipes

I am a vegetarian and do not really know what to eat. I would like to recommend some of their favorite recipes or to fulfill.

I am a vegetarian about 4 1 / 2 years.
Tofu is a good thing to eat, esp. walled species, because it contains vitamins and proteins. You can cook the different manners and taste of nothing ... It all depends on what time of year. (Slices of reporting in a broth of vegetables and then fried is good) to eat beans and vegetables with dark green leaves.

http://vegweb.com/ http://www.recipezaar.com/ and site recipes are my fave. That Recipezaar, you appear to be "vegan" and a thousand recipes. I've tried a few and they are great. The vegweb, the income is too great, and it is very motivating to see that many vegetarians and vegans. WOW!

My personal favorite:



Vegan breaded, fried, slightly spicy tofu

1 (16 oz) extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
1 1 / 2 cups vegetable broth or a mixture of stir fry
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 / 2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon adobo powder vegan
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Cut, cut the tofu into 1/2-inch thick slices down, then cut into 1/2-inch wide sticks.

Place tofu in a pan, pour the broth or stir fry mix that dissolves in water 1 ½ cups at the top. 10 minutes to cook.

In another bowl, flour, salt, pepper and adobo has powder mixture.

Oil in large skillet over medium high heat.

The tofu is heated until it can withstand the heat when you touch and the compression of most (not all) of the tissue fluid, or just the same liquid.

Roll sticks in the crumbs. (You may need twice-End Roll dough sticks with a relatively dry outer layer.)

Place tofu fry in hot oil until crisp and golden brown on all sides. Add more oil if needed.




Vegan Sloppy Joes

• 1 / 4 tablespoons oil
• 1 / 4 cup chopped onion
• 1 / 2 medium bell pepper, chopped
• 3 / 8 cup water
• 4 ounces tomato sauce
• 1 / 4 c. Table chili powder (more to taste)
• ¼ c. Tsp spices from China
• ¼ c. Tea black pepper
• 1 / 2 tablespoons organic sugar
• ¼ c. Teaspoon crushed garlic
• 3 / 8 cup textured vegetable protein (TVP) Type of beef
Heat oil and sauté onion, pepper and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Serve on buns and vegan bread.



Vegan Crème Au Café (Vegan Café Blanc mange)

½ cup soy milk
¼ cup cold strong coffee
1 2 / 3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 2 / 3 tablespoons cold water
1 2 / 3 tablespoons organic sugar
1 / 3 c. Tea-Vanilla extract
Salt 1 / 3 ounces

1. In a saucepan on medium-low heat, bring soy milk, coffee, sugar and a pinch of salt.
2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with cold water. Add to pot.
3. Cook, stirring constantly 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Grease a form easily influenced imagination.
6. The mass in the form. Cool, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
