Is there an online "newspaper" that allows you for a password so that only authorized users can see them? Something like an online diary that can give advice to the people?

I know a newspaper is accurate, but Pyxlin is near. It is protected by a password, and unlike other free services, you are the owner of your newspaper. And when you're done, make your online journal, which you print to a bound book can hold. Check it out.
