errmmm ... well done all that meat, poultry, fish, I think it would be easier to say what is not for the meals

Fish
DO
Gelatin (you take a sweet)
Seafood
Animal fat
Pork scratching

Heres a few things I like
Breakfast: cheese omelet or other egg dish, fruit, toast, bread, cereals, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, fried potatoes, cinnamon rolls, waffles, pancakes
Lunch: sandwiches (peanut butter), vegetarian burritos / tacos, salads, bread, pasta, beans, cauliflower, potato dumplings, vegetarian chili, tofu
Dinner: Spaghetti (many different Alfredo sauce, broccoli, cheese, etc.), vegetable soups, couscous, stuffed mushrooms / peppers, cake, roasted vegetables, rice, stuffed with cheese, cakes, vegetables, meat curry wrong, quinoa,
Snacks: Edamame, apples w / peanut butter, smoothies, unsalted nuts, chickpeas, fruit kebabs. dried cranberries, yogurt, trail mix
Desserts do not change much for me, that can (and lacto-ovo-lacto-vegetarians), eat ice cream, chocolate, Gummies without jelly, etc.

We eat something that does not come from a dead animal. While the stew, soups, stews, etc., can be made vegetarian with a change or two.
