Have you ever eaten a few tablespoons of fruit preserves right out of the jar? - raspberry preserves

I cut on carbohydrates for a long time.
want to eat sweets, only a couple of teaspoons "preserves with no added sugar" Black raspberry / jam.

Yes, they had it before, if I want candy with just my natural sugar content has been all over Poland, which is refined, sweetened with natural fruit juice, strawberry jam ... yum

I have several times during the attacks of hypoglycemia, but would not recommend. Reeeeevolting! Almost made me sick was so sweet, but the media Desperate desperate measures!
